How It Works
Help Me Grow promotes the development, learning and social-emotional health of children ages 6 and under. Join us in helping children grow and thrive!
We support you and your team by:
Providing your staff with child development information and resources to relay to parents and caregivers in your programs.
Enrolling parents and caregivers in Help Me Grow to provide direct support.
Ways To Refer
Print the Release of Information form (below), obtain signature of parent and provider, and fax to Help Me Grow at 503-487-3585.
Providers and families can self-refer by calling 833-868-4769.
Families can also fill out our contact us form.
